Let's listen in to ADOS founder Yvette Carnell's take on reparations in 2016. "He's asking Black ppl to follow Black identity politics. Everything has to be about us being Black ppl as opposed to being poor ppl. He wants us to follow down that road, which is a road to nowhere."

In 2012, the ADOS founder was saying that for Black people to put their needs "ahead of the needs of America in particular and the global community in general" was a "selfish usurpation of the political agenda" that should not be tolerated. Quite a contrast, no?

As soon as @ministter & @Afrikathegreat made peace, an ADOS member describes Afrika as a Nigerian "inflicted with precarity". Another says they've been "lessened" as Black men by white society for resolving their difference. This is no movement. #MuteADOS

ADOS claimed recently to be done with smears/squabbles. Hours after, accounts representing their # are threatening @TalibKweli with violence, and attempting to implicate him in a murder. ADOS claims no one is co-opting their #. Does ADOS officially stand behind or against this?
