@airfrance Hi, I booked a flight this morning and have recieved an email saying my booking was cancelled but its still showing up on my booked flights I'm not sure if the email was fraudulent or not can you help?

@airfrance Hi I have a 6am flight and have checked in online however I have to obtain my boarding pass from the counter? Is this an error how can I get my boarding pass without having to go to the desk as I have no luggage and it is very early in the morning?

@Ik_Mbads @airfrance Air France is notorious for “lost” bags. Air Tags always and take photos of everything in your luggage as evidence. Irritating but it’s only them who always “looses” bags.

Arrived in Budapest on @airfrance there's just one problem they forgot to bring my girlfriend's checked luggage, WHOOPS nice work guys! Way to ruin the first day of our vacation and maybe more! #fail #airfrance

@airfrance horrible experience since ei travelled with klm flight munich delhi via amsterdam on 3rd april. First they forced me to put my hand luggage in checkin baggage and even now i have not received my bag

@airfrance Our confirmation is GZCDUO. We booked through Delta.com. We have bags included and our baggage estimate shows $0 for 1 checked bag per person. We are at the Air France counter and they are trying to charge. Please call 248-703-8020

@ExpediaHelp I've had one agent tell me at time of cancellation confirm I would get a refund, even after I initially saw the credit and questioned them. They promised it had been canceled and the refund would come from AirFrance. Of course now the story has changed.

Still waiting on a refund for my cancelled Air France tickets from May 2023. Called their customer support so many times, every time I'm promised a resolution but nothing happens. #neverflyairfrance @airfrance

Well, @airfrance cancelled my flight to LA. Sadly, I can't blame it on @Alitalia or @DB_Presse this time around.
