@FinMinIndia @PMOIndia @GST_Council GSTR9 and 9C was available on GST portal on 10-12-2020 for 2019-20 & due date is 28-02-2021, i.e 80 days, when law gives 270 days legally to file GSTR9 & 9C i.e 31st Dec of every year. Extension needed, Retweet if agree

Few more than 5cr not converted in QRMP Few less then 5cr still in GSTR3B Then there's the converted one ,less then 5cr Then there's monthly GSTR3B So basically still super complicated. Thank you.

@CAclubindia Yeah finally after a 10 days sleepless nights finished the audits with one or two pending. Only problem is I am not sure if I missed any information to disclose. Am I satisfied? Answer is NO. But ok department have some reasons to question and bargain for monetary benefits

@CAclubindia Yes, done with the audits. But will not forget this attitude of Govt towards professionals. @FinMinIndia All due dates under various tax laws need revision. Compliances should be less n learn some lessons from other countries if u r comparing due dates with them.@Anurag_Office

Then Voluntarily extend the due date for individuals upto 31st January 2021 (Original due date is 31st July 2020) and for TAR and to Corporates upto 31st March 2021 (Original due date is 30th September 2020)

@IncomeTaxIndia @nsitharamanoffc @Anurag_Office @FinMinIndia Singapore, 31/12/19 to 15/01/21=12 months 15 day Brazil, 31/12/19 to 30/9/20 9 months. India 31/3/20 to 15/1/21, 9 n 1/2 month minus 3 month lockdown = 6 n 1/2 months.. Now wht u gave is nothing as compared to other countries. So check ur dates n comparison. Haven't give anything
