@atanubhuyan GauhatiHC has not made any such laws.Actually this is mentioned in clause7(d) of FRBM Act of 2005( A gazette notification)Which needs to be amended by the govt. At the earliest,so that most of the appearing candidates do get enrolled in the 1L jobs and no unfilled vacancies left

@atanubhuyan Sir,you have not understood the problem of Overlapping. We are not worried about overlapping of Grade III & IV posts,rather we are concerned about overlapping within Grade III and overlapping within Grade IV. Please look into the following application for detailed information

@atanubhuyan Sir, How will be its would be matter of pride if one candidate gets selected in multiple posts. If a candidate occupy multiple posts than the other candidate would be barred from getting selected. And also if the candidate selected for multiple he will only join 1 post.
