@British_Airways I’m still traveling 7 hours later (just on a United flight) and both our checked bags have gone missing in London. 🥲 Dunno what else you could do tbh.

@British_Airways @British_Airways blocked and deactivated my executive club account without any prior notice or justification, I have already opened cases, contacted the service center but no measures were taken to reestablish access to my account, I reiterate the request for action.

@British_Airways the online check in and seat selection for BA0048 is erroring out for me every time I try to do it on the app and in browser, is this a known issue? I'm trying to do this from Canada if it makes any difference

@British_Airways I can’t even open the website, it says this error code or says it can’t be accessed due to high demand. It’s been doing this for the past three days

@British_Airways I had two terrible experiences with offshore BA call centres. The first agent lied to me and then when I queried what she said she cut me off. The second also lied, and neither listened. Some faith restored when I spoke to the exec club !! Happy to do details?

Don’t book @British_Airways too in advance unless you want the stress of changes! Booked in Sept 2023 don’t Fly till June 2024 and we have already had 5 changes, 3 where for our flight from Edinburgh to LHR!! How many on one booking is meant to be acceptable? #frustrated

@British_Airways shocking customer service - again! Bag destroyed, 6 people at LHR customer service doing nothing don’t want to help after a 16 hour flight (that I waited 12 hours for a cup of coffee on) which according to your self service system says doesn’t exist! Really?

@British_Airways #British_Airways I spent this afternoon trying to book a holiday which your site said was available. Tried to pay three times with no luck. When I got through on the phone I was told it was a “problem with the supplier”. Isn’t the site supposed to be live? Pointless otherwise!

@British_Airways 48 hrs on. Absolutely nothing heard from K2. My case is ruined. The numbers provided do not work. Why is this all so immensely difficult?
