@Budget stuck in Valet mode on rented Tesla for hours. It requires a 4 digit pin to get out of the mode. I am just circling between calling customer service and RSA as they just forward my calls to the other. Really frustrating experience going on.

@Budget Can anyone say that this damage is of MEDIUM severity? I'm being charged for this scratch as medium damage (+300 eur), plus a vehicle inactivity fee. Is that reasonable? It's unreasonable how this company takes advantage of consumers to make abusive charges.
Today I was told that I was charged a cleaning fee for my @Budget rental car. The inside was clean. Are we suppose to wash rental cars now?! 🤦🏽♂️
@Budget someone in a Budget truck cut my mom’s car off, hit her, and drove off. Of course I can’t seem to get a hold of ANYONE from customer service. We need answers.
@Budget has been THE SLOWEST with giving me my refund. This is ridiculous. You call in and they just say they’ve escalated it to the department, but won’t say the name of the department or how to get in touch. Ridiculous. I may never use them again. Hello @Enterprise!

@Budget we recently rented a car from you in Los Angeles. We have been told that fuel charge could be $5.55 per gallon. Neither employee told us anything else nor generated invoice had any terms and conditions. Now we have been charged with $10 per gallon stating our tank was not

@Budget I had the WORST experience ever with a recent rental! I’ve been calling the customer service line for days…only to keep getting voicemail! This is unacceptable. Worst experience EVER.
@Budget rented a car at tulsa airlort for approx 4.5 weeks prepaid, returned the car early and got £1100 extra to pay because i broke the rate. Left contact details at TUL budget who said a manager would be in touch. I've heard nothing and now see youve charged my credit card.
@Budget so you guys told us to bring the car back with the same fuel- and we did. And now you are charging us a fuel tank! $85! What a rip off!
@Budget stranded my kid by taking his money when they had no cars available within 50 miles except for one at an airport that they wanted to charge him an extra $50 to pick up and even then, told him they wouldn’t hand over a car for a same day rental. 3 to 10 days to get refund
