@Avis - I reached before time for a rental pickup that I had reserved. And still didn’t get a car. I guess ‘reservation’ doesn’t mean the same in the world of Avis

@Avis charged me a massive surcharges for refueling rental, diff manually notated of . of 0.2 gal out/in and charged $19.09 thats $95.45$ Per Gallon. Have proof. Refund my card or I’ll charge back by the end of the day. Not spending another 30 minutes on a endless phone hold.

@Avis_hqs And now the current agent disconnected my call because I hurt their feelings by asking them what their purpose is at @Avis. Like, seriously, why even open the doors anymore if this is how you intend to treat customers?

@Avis Savannah airport has completely broken down. People are waiting in line for hours for a rental car, and some are being told the car is not available when it is finally their turn. Only 1-3 staff working the counter, usually just 2.

@Avis How the fuck are y'all going to allow customers to make prepaid reservations and not have a car for that location or notify the customer ahead of time that you don't have any vehicles? Hope you enjoy that hit from the chargeback you're getting.

@Avis Opened support ticket with Avis and 5 days and no response. Just DM'ed here yesterday as well. Could someone please respond to the ticket or dm? Getting concerned...

@Avis I took an Uber to my hotel after an hour and booked with another rental company. I received a call that my car was ready after I had already arrived at my hotel. It probably would have been longer but at least half a dozen people who were in front of me in line left too

@Avis @XSchauffele If you are an Uber driver that rents a vehicle through the uber program through Avis... BEWARE! They take money from your account weekly only to not finalize the transaction, tell you you're late, charge you twice, and refer you to loss prevention. Shady!

I just spent 90 minutes on the phone with @Avis. My wife reserved a minivan for a rental, and paid in advance. When she arrived, they gave her a much smaller car. They charged her the same amount. They have refused to alter the price. Do we have any legal recourse?

@Avis tells me they can't help me and I need to call the Tampa location. Tampa location doesn't answer and loops me back to @Avis customer service. I guess no one can help me. #avissucks #wastingmyday

I rented a car with @Avis for my latest trip. Word of advice for anyone who reads this. Just don’t do it. Use anybody else.

Two months ago, I traveled to Miami for 3 days, where I rented a car from @Avis @Budget, and it was the worst experience in my life. They gave me a different car, and with problems, and after waiting 4 hours for assistance, I ended up taking an Uber to the airport. 👇
