Math of long vs short/Why the big money is made on the long side. Buy a stock at $100 with a $10 stop. Stock goes up 20% to $120. Made 2R/$20. Stock goes up another 20% to $144. Up 4.4R/$44. Sell a stock short at $100 with a $10 stop. Stocks goes down 20% to $80. Made 2R/$20.…

Rallies during corrections are extremely sharp. Often when it looks like when we are about to plunge into the abyss, that's when you get the rally.

APP +5600% from lows
QMCO +4000% from lows
LUNR +1100% from lows
next prolonged uptrend begins*
Example of a name I would look at for a potential short. CVNA, up +7800% from lows. Held 200dma from June 2023 to March 2025. History of boom and busts.
OKLO +1000% from lows
VRT +1900% from lows
Will only know in hindsight if the next rally is a prolonged uptrend or not
