@bookingcom 2 months and 25+ calls later, I'm still waiting for my refund. Every customer care call is met with the same scripted "escalated" response. This is complete fraud. I've exhausted every customer service option. Where is my money? #BookingComFraud #RefundNightmare

@bookingcom There are multiple users saying the same thing about this host. We all got scammed and did not receive any service for the reservations we've made. I called Dublin Police and they mentioned the building is abandon. How do we get our money back?

A cautionary tale: my June flights to/from Israel were canceled by the airlines due to the Iran war. My tickets haven't been refunded. They were bought via @bookingcom. Instead of reimbursing the tickets, Booking is pointing at the airlines. Booking.com buyers beware!

@bookingcom Your company is an absolute scam. I've been locked out of my account after booking hotels in Japan, and my account is disabled. Four calls to customer service and they have "transferred" me to hang up four times. Absolute disgrace.

@bookingcom , the issue is when i called them to seek a support or solution from the call center they refused and hanged the line on me twice. The call center is the worst. The customer service hang up on my face intentionally. I advise all the users not to use this app they are thieves

@bookingcom I emailed twice on 13/09, again on 17/09, sent a message on the app on 14/09 (with a promised response within 24 hours) and I am still awaiting a reply to any of them!!! Your customer service is ABYSMAL

Hi @bookingcom , I had a request from the host of the place I had booked, ask to cancel the booking. I requested a full refund cancellation because the actual rules were half price back, I've paid out for a 2nd place, how long will I wait for a reply?

@bookingcom Hello! I can't book any accomodation using my creditcard. Switching AMEX/VISA doesn't work. Adding creditcards again doesn't work. can I DM my details and figure out a solution?

All the booking.com customer service bots on here must think we are stupid! Have had a booking cancelled for no reason. Should have gone with the hotel directly. Poor service.
