@TONYxTWO @elonmusk No. The Localist Party is the party aimed at devolving political decision making to the most local possible, with the democratic goal of engaging citizens in decisions that affect them. Average citizens don’t have a seat at the table in Federal (and often State) Politics.

The Localist Party election strategy is cross-party candidacy. Have 2+ candidates who run under both parties & primaries, who align with the principles of subsidiarity and conferral. We’ll hijack the party duopoly so every general election is a choice between two Localists.

Judicial supremacy was never in the Constitution. The Court self-assumed it. One ruling, and states surrender? That’s not law. Clerical tyranny. Every time the Court rewrites the Constitution, and states comply without question, federalism dies. Nullify. Interpose. Resist.

If States assert their rights, and SCOTUS decrees states have no rights. This isn’t constitutional application. it’s a slow-motion coup. 9 black robes hijack and override the Constitution. They aren’t applying it, but erasing it. Interposition isn’t optional, it’s a sworn duty

You don’t have food security just because Walmart lets you buy some of theirs. A few corporations control the land, seed, supply chain, and the entire food supply. One disruption, policy shift, or missed paycheck & you starve. Real security is local. Grow it. Trade it. Own it.

@elonmusk The long con of the judiciary is pretending its opinions are law. The Constitution is the highest law, not the judges who ignore it. When the federal government oversteps, whether by legislation or judicial decree, the STATES have the right, and duty to nullify.

The American Revolution was secession. If you celebrate 1776 but oppose the principle of secession, you don’t understand either. The argument against secession is that a prior generation bound all future ones to a contract they can never escape. That’s bondage, not government.

@Styx666Official The concept of judicial review strictly extends to striking down usurpations, SCOTUS cannot uphold or add legal force to a usurpation, or delegate powers. States have the right to interpose against unconstitutional federal acts or court precedent.

The Federal government we have today resembles the tyranny condemned in the Declaration of Independence far more than the liberty promised in the Constitution. It’s sickening.
