Following my consultations in Kigali and Kinshasa, I arrived in Luanda where I was received by President João Lourenço. I was briefed by the President and his Minister of External Relations @amb_tete on the latest round of consultations between the DRC and Rwanda led by Angola.

Facilitated by OSESG-GL & UNPDF, representatives from the 5 member states of the Contact and Coordination Group on non-military measures, 🇹🇿 🇨🇩 🇷🇼 🇧🇮 🇺🇬, launched CCG’s DDR Working Group and agreed to promote regional cooperation on DDR for former members of illegal armed groups.
