Whatever happens today it’s worth highlighting that the Chesterton have been absolutely incredible. I don’t think any of us can imagine the heartache that they must carry. Their strength has been something else. Hat tip to you from all of us.
Met a patient recently who had appointments at three different specialist clinics in the space of a month, all for slightly different issues with the same organ system. None were led by doctors. Two gave him conflicting advice. Taskification and protocolised medicine. 😕

We do need to improve asthma care. Investment in community services, improvement in air quality needed along with asthma education. Need the authors to explain why GPs & Paediatricians are in Tier 3 of asthma management while ANPs are in Tier 4-5.

I found two. The first is 3 months. Entirely online - prerecorded lectures and e-learning materials. Exam by pre-recorded presentation (can't imagine how that would be invigilated!). 2/
