@JMGlachant @CGollier Vous avez bien sûr raison mais la réalité politique montre que la priorité va au contrôle (si possible…) de l’impact prix de l’énergie pour le consommateur final. Le contraire du signal prix carbone. Comment changer ça ?

#REPowerEU : Some countries, including 🇧🇪 with minister @TinneVdS want PV rooftops to be compulsory. It should go without saying. Should not be limited to new housing. 🇪🇺 and member states must do more for pragmatic green housing efficiency,including for less wealthy
