@WestJet I helped my mom cancel flights my late dad booked. We were assured by 2 diff agents we’d receive a full refund in travelbank & WestJet dollars. We never got the WJD, now we’re being told they expired even though we clarified a full refund. Why won’t you make it right?

@nishantpitti @EaseMyTrip I am surprised that you have formed a way to LOOT people online. I had booked flight and you guys rejected the flight. Then your team stated refund has been processed. 12 days no refund till now. Customer service is just buying time. EMT_124811216

@BBCLookNorth Trying to get back to Alicante after having to return to UK for two weeks, because of bereavement, Jet2 offered no information, then cancelled flight with no alternative offered apart from refund. Booked Ryanair from Teeside this evening now. Jet2 very poor treatment!

@lastminute_com booked flights through you, £2100 return flight got rescheduled, we were unable to travel on new date. Requested a refund to only be offered £350. Asked for a breakdown. I have been given no receipt and you tell me you don’t have data and to speak airline!!

Ethics (lack thereof) at @kiwicom247 - purchased a 2-leg trip on separate airlines > airline 2 cancels 2nd leg. Kiwi steps in & SELLS a new flight last minute. When asked about refund: 'you purchased a new flight, youre not eligible for a refund'. Sorry, what!? @EU_Commission

@flyPAL I was in flight 501 MNL-SIN yesterday, there was so many confusion because your ground crew weren’t helpful about the travel tax refund for the OFW passengers. They were giving us wrong instructions which cause so much inconvenience to the passengers.

@Finnair sent me an email to change my flights and add a stop, clearly not what I bought, I demanded a refund this was July 6th!! I still don't have my refund, they run their company on other peoples money

@SpiritAirlines I waited in line for an agent. By the time an agent printed me a pass. I missed my flight. They won't refund me. They're only giving me about 1/3 of the cost of the flight due to cancellation fees. Cancellation fees for something their own agent described to me as a system error.

@British_Airways Hey -- I have completed half of a series of flights booked with you and need to change the dates/origin of my return. Or I need a refund. Why 1) is your call center telling me they can't do anything until I call back in 72 hours? and 2) disconnecting when I call?
