Drugs have been made to become cheap (possibly to make youngsters docile and subservient). However, HOPE! HOPE is EXPENSIVE. Youth here are drowning in substance abuse because they’ve never been offered another way.

Obviously there are no clinics, no toilets, no clean water. When disease hits, it spreads fast. Children grow up without schools, girls often married off before 15 if not getting into prostitution.

(For some)Why two plates per person? Many are HIV positive. Malnutrition worsens their condition, and without proper medication or food, survival becomes a daily gamble.

But even here, there’s strength. There’s joy when we arrive. Community. Laughter. Resilience. That’s why we keep going—because they matter. UBUNTU!!

Meals on Wheels Update! Another day of serving more than meals—we got to witness the harsh reality of life in squatter camps: no healthcare,no education, HIV,child marriages, drug abuse.Families live in constant fear of fires or eviction. They deserve dignity, not just charity.
