@bookingcom Your customer service is sh1t. Been waiting for a reply to my message since 15th June. Was promised a reply within 24 hours. We chat not allowing any new message on the thread. No option to call or email for support. Will be using another platform in future.

@wizzair It’s June 19 and still no update on my cancelled flight (5W 7222/7221) from June 13. Both flights were cancelled, and the whole trip is gone, no support! I’ve already submitted a claim, but still no response. Really disappointing. #WizzAir #FlightCancelled
