@krakensupport My case #18495369 remains unresolved. The $100 wire from 21/08/2025 is credited but my PRO account is still restricted after 7+ business days. Ledger shows $43.70 “on hold” and only $56.30 available. This delay unacceptable I request immediate release of funds and full account

@krakensupport We already did that… as I said, I keep getting passed around from one support agent to another. Nothing actually gets resolved.
