@Hertz Well @Hertz nothing has been resolved. I was told yesterday by an agent that she would start an appeal, and now today I am being told that I don’t even have a case manager yet, and I have to wait another 24-48 hours. So yesterday I was completely lied to just to get me off phone

@Hertz Hi, I returned a car at 12:36 to the Venetian Hotel, Las Vegas, 24mins before my return time. I’ve just had my email charging me an extra hour saying that I returned it at 13:32. How do I dispute this incorrect charge?

@Hertz me imputaron un gasto con mi tarjeta que di en una reserva en febrero ‘25 y no responden a que se debe! No mandan factura no responden mis mails! Necesito urgente respuesta ya que de lo contrario voy a desconocer el gasto
