When losing fat, your ultimate goal is to retain as much muscle as possible. Make sure your protein intake is high. Secondly, train hard. Training intensity is vital for muscle retention, train til failure.

How I stay on track whilst travelling without food tracking: 1. Eat 3 protein sources a day (breakfast, lunch dinner) 2. Cardio in the morning (feel good hormones + getting sun early) 3. Walk a lot (explore new places) 4. Train 3-4x a week at a local gym.
