It’s incredibly important to have the ability to cut negative emotions quickly and refocus. Negative emotions “stack.” They build on each other to grow headspace. They skew perspective and take away from far more pressing things you need to focus on & do.

People like to think of "cause -> effect," but they forget that "intention" lies before the cause. The outcome you secretly want, the fears you try to hide, etc..powerfully shape "cause." Intentions determine how we approach things (the causal behavior) & ultimately our impact.
