@AirFranceFR currently stuck in Panama because #airfrance overbooked my flight. Waiting in limbo at the airport for 2 hours probably to be to told I can’t get to Paris. Have a train to catch to London as well. What an absolute joke of an airline.

@airfrance horrible experience since ei travelled with klm flight munich delhi via amsterdam on 3rd april. First they forced me to put my hand luggage in checkin baggage and even now i have not received my bag

You’re absolutely correct in the case of a codesharing for international flights: you’re paying an AirFrance ticket BUT the aircraft is Delta. But that’s not the case here: If you take a look at this itinerary, the aircraft is still Qatar airways (QR702) and not RWD***

@airfrance your customer service and crisis management is very problematic. (To say it bluntly, it sucks!) Your flight got delayed which caused a ripple effect to connecting flights. And all your crew could do was shrug when we asked help and one of your CS attendant was grumpy

.@airvistara Flight disrupted. Was trying to choose alternate flight. Page kept giving error. And now get SMS that my flight is cancelled on my request? Called customer care, they say call @airfrance as they control my booking. I have a Vistara flight no. I need to fly tomorrow.
