Anyone had any luck in getting a response out of @KLM by using a seance or any other supernatural technique? I've tried emailing about my claim, especially given that they'll email you daily when they want info from you, but 3 weeks later it seems like that's a non-starter...

@KLM doesn’t cease to disappoint. Here we are again tracking my lost luggage. After filing a claim on their website, they informed us to go back to the airport and physically file a claim lol How do you get your luggage back?

@KLM how long do I wait until my luggage is returned to me? 1/9 luggage was not put onto the connecting flight. Saved up £ for 2 years for a cruise and #KLM didn’t send on my luggage. #ruined #holiday # stressed #sad Back home now and still no luggage. 😭😢☹️😥
