So, Practice: Become aware of your thoughts without judgement. Bring fears into your heart-centre to engulf them with love. Make an intention to change your attitude. Release expectation & know it is done. Have gratitude & welcome joy. And realise you don’t need to try so hard!

Try not to let your fears to dominate or distract. Be aware they have been created in your mind. So, you can change them in your mind as well. This is about changing the energy. An opportunity to use your power. And become aware of the power of your true Self in the process.
