It's better to have many little wins than 1 big win. Many little wins means less concentration risk on a single or few clients. I see 2 many entrepreneurs taking their foot off the pedal once they win the big 1. One reason is time to digest, the other unfortunately, complacency.

You can't beat an entrepreneur whose attitude is that they must simply push through the pain. It's an acknowledgment that the journey is tough, and instead of whinning about it, they see pain and disappointment as expected ingredients of the entrepreneurial journey.

I trained 15 entrepreneurs yesterday on strategy. What was clear from that day session was that the majority of those entrepreneurs use-purpose, vision and strategy interchangeably and do not discern the differences. This is a root cause for bad strategy.
