@lyft Why are your drivers so crappy? They give you 3 minutes then it’s 6 then it’s 9 then they cancel and the next driver is 10 minutes away which turns into an additional 15 minutes Wtf? They talk on the phone, argue on phone talk about personal issues. Do better.

I find it odd that @lyft gives the option to complain about a ride after the fact but no way to give a good review? Cassandra was amazing but we were sooo tired, I missed the “rate” part of the process. I tipped her as much as allowed — there’s a limit?!?

@lyft I love that when I cancel a ride b/c they are too far away, I get charged. However. When a driver cancels and inconveniences me, I get nothing. It has to go both ways!!

Had a trip come across on #lyft $15.79 payout, I took it, then the passenger assed a stop, and drop off was back home! Dropped to 10.79. Canceled it was on of those trips with fake drop offs to get picked up! @lyft. Nw Waco is becoming a bad area, use to be a upscale area

@AskLyft my scheduled ride arrived and drove away before the scheduled pickup time and canceled on me. @lyft had to reassign a driver and I was fifteen minutes late. I would like compensation

@lyft horrible customer service, you allow the driver to cancel after a 15 min wait as he gets close to the airport, probably decided that he wanted a different rate. Then instead of giving a different car you again proceed to do a 15 min wait so that the customer cancels
