@lyft shoutout for the homophobic driver :) immediately cancelled our ride as soon as he saw us pull up!! Then cancelled the ride after speeding away.

@lyft you are straight trash!!!! Your driver couldn't find me at the airport. Rather then dealing with the traffic he cancels on me. Then you charge me.....I want a full refund. NO CREDIT!!! A Full refund!!! Your services are soooo horrible now.

@lyft I had to pay $5.75 for a toll during my trip earlier with my personal card; when I requested the ride it said the toll would be included. The gps also told the driver they would be reimbursed for the toll but they did not cover it, I did.

@lyft can you please help me get my car/work keys back? It's been 24 hours. My driver confirmed she has them, but she only speaks Spanish. I have tried to send messages that I've translated, but she will not respond to me or your support. This is URGENT.

Update: apparently @lyft feels content to just not send reimbursements after promising them.

The app @lyft is such a scam for drivers, charging my passenger 56.99$ just to pay your driver 27.24$ because you guys feel the need to take 34$ for your commercial auto insurance AFTER requiring us to have our OWN insurance.. #DontUseLyft

@lyft If this is a strategy that they use to unfairly take money from the customers then they should be shut down by all means and reported to legal and respective authorities. Earlier today, August 7, 2024, the Lyft driver unfairly charged my sister $80 for a spill…

@lyft I was left stranded in DTLA after a nightmare with a rental. I was rented an unsafe car with severe mechanical issues. Is this ok?

@lyft what a outrageous system for you to have someone waiting over 30mins to be picked up keep switching drivers claiming one is closer than the other when if you kept the first driver they would have arrived within the first eta of 6mins Neither the rider or driver likes this!

@lyft I prepaid for my ride on Sunday. The whole point was to make sure that was taken care of first. So why reverse the charges then come back and charge again? I'm going to start using a different card just for this because all that back and forth messes with other bill money

@lyft some sort of response to my support submission would be greatly appreciated. Seeing as how your driver, Jordan, stole money from me.
