Lone masker again. Wearing a mask is like putting on a seatbelt! It's not hard. If I knew about how good these N95s were I'd be wearing them 10 yrs ago. Protecting yourself by masking is really common sense. Don't know why ppl have a problem w/ masks. #Maskup #CommunityCare

A dear friend of mine, very careful about Covid, just caught it for the first time. I suggested rest, electrolytes, H1 & H2 blockers, zinc, and Paxlovid or metformin. What else would you suggest?
