We all JE/SSE need to concern about this and unite then only board recognise us as an Railway engineers. AISMA( station master's association) proves that unity has power as they fulfilled all their demands similarly we also come together on single platform.

@IR_CRB Honerable sir,We direct recurited SSE (BTech Engineers) still have not get any justice .Again classified in Group C since 30 yrs. As per NC JCM item SSE should be classified as Group B gazzeted status with carrier progression upto SAG to strengthen Techanical structure.

रेलवे के फाइनेंसियल अपग्रडेसन RBE155 में DIRECT SSE(सीधी भर्ती प्राप्त डिग्रीधारी अभियंता के साथ पूरे सेवा काल में एक भी सुनिश्चित पदोन्नति नही मिला, न तो financial upgradation का फायदा हो रहा। यानी ग्रुप सी के अपैक्स लेवल में जॉइन कर उसी अपैक्स लेवल ग्रुप सी में सेवानिवृत्त ।

@PMOIndia @RailMinIndia We as sse selected by centralised requirement but we got promoted by cadre why? Less work responsibility got promoted first why? Less qualification got promoted why? By it railway got world wide credibility?
