@TeestaSetalvad Recently, the Modi Government has stalled the appointment of three advocates recommended for judgeship to the High Courts. Advocate. Somasekhar Sunderesan from Bombay High Court has not yet been appointed for the sole reason that he allegedly shared an article critical of Modi.
