Great teamwork last night when a stolen vehicle FTS for @bedspolice in our area. Suspects were located by ARVs, abandoned vehicle located by @Northants_RPT and PD Bryn tracked between the two and located discarded clothing, other evidence and the missing car key!

PD Olly turned detective last night after a vehicle failed to stop for police & the occupants then ran off. They were detained by other officers after a foot chase but the car key couldn’t be found. After a long search Olly found the key, well hidden in a hedgerow #SherlockBones

A busy day for Ops today in @NorthantsPolice. Three stolen vehicles recovered, one of which was after a pursuit. Another vehicle which had been used in crime, located on cloned plates. A track from 1 of the stolen vehicles by PD Bryn resulted in possible forensic opportunities.
Burglary reported in #Wellingborough at 14:55 hours, where a car & other items were stolen. Vehicle stopped less than an hour later & offenders arrested in possession of the stolen items. Awesome teamwork - @NorthantsFCR @northantsdogs @NorthantsSCIU ARV & Wellingborough LRO.
