Rain days suck on the pay cheque but I sure do love being home with my kids before school & getting to drop them off with my wife. These are moments I don’t get that often in their childhood as a construction worker but I’m grateful for them when they do happen.

Portal trend I’m seeing: because of the vast number of names to sift through, programs are becoming increasingly reliant on analytics to filter options. If you look good on HDI/KenPom you’re over recruited, if your HDI is bad you’re undervalued. Coaches: watch film, find value.
My oldest son (6 y/o) wanted to stay up later than his bed time to see NC State take down Duke was a big moment for me as a father. Hope he remembers these kind of nights watching a game with his old man, because I, sure as hell, will never forget it. We’re NC State guys now.
