زمانی که طاهر بدخشی موضوع "ستم ملی" را مطرح کرد خیلی‌ها او را به «دامن زدن به مسایل قومی» و «ترویج نفاق میان اقوام در افغانستان» متهم کردند. اما در این سال‌ها عملن دیدیم که حق با طاهر بدخشی بود. و آن‌چه را که او در خصوص 'ستم ملی" مطرح کرد دقیق، سنجیده و آگاهانه بود!
