@FlyingBrussels , are you aware of the fake account @BrusselsAirn ? They just tried to cheat me to send them considerable amounts, under the pretense that they were refunding my ticket.

@FlyingBrussels are you aware of the fake accounts in your name? I was contacted by one of them, they claimed to be calling from your customer service. They offered to repay my ticket via @remitly or @WorldRemit, and tried to scam me into sending them the money instead.

@FlyingBrussels Hi My luggage did not arrive today on the flight to Madrid nor did my baby's car, I almost missed the flight to Costa Rica for filing the claim, I had to run with my son from T2 to T1 and no one answers on social networks

@guydelauney @FlyingBrussels Just one of those days, it seems. And since flying is back, or even beyond, pre-COVID levels carriers appear not to care one bit about the awful level of service they offer. Thanks for the info Guy, will make sure never to book a flight with Flying Brussels.

@FlyingBrussels Business class is echt wel geen cent waard bij jullie hé. Misschien 2 cm extra legroom. Bij boarden wordt wel per groep gevraagd, maar dat wordt helemaal niet gecheckt.

@FlyingBrussels your representatives said they’ll send a simple confirmation email that’ll take 10-15 minutes to arrive. I’ve now had to call 3 different representatives, all which told me the same over the span of 3 hours and no email. How is this possible? Wasting my time

Hello, @FlyingBrussels. It's bad enough to be bounced from a flight, then rerouted two more flights. Worse still to be given a middle seat and no refreshment vouchers. Not impressed.

@FlyingBrussels– got an E-mail saying that our flight back on Aug 31st from Brussels to TLV is cancelled. No alternative was offered , leaving me hanging with 3 kids a day before school starts. Your Charter say "We treat every passenger with the utmost respect" - respect ???

@FlyingBrussels just so you'd know your costumer service team dupes your clients and don't keep to what they say. On several different instances as well. Behaviour you'd expect from your local conman, not one of the biggest companies in the world. Embarrassing.

@FlyingBrussels very poor service from your live chat agent Danish, seats available together for our party and yet your system splits us up as a blatant money grabbing exercise. Poor service, and will be complaining and reviewing.

I wonder if this is also affects international airlines. @FlyingBrussels lost my luggage two years ago for 10 days and sent me a $50 credit. The credit does not even cover the amount of damage I had to face.

@FlyingBrussels is using old wore out Eurowings planes and charging premium prices. Brussel staff is even complaining and scared flying on them. Our company will stop flying Brussels until they stop using this aircraft.

@FlyingBrussels My business class flight from Manchester was cancelled on 6th April. I have claimed and sent a reminder last week and heard nothing. My colleague on the same flight, economy, claimed a week after me and has received money in his bank today. Why the delay for me?
