I love the color of pickled #purple #onion … these are boosted w/ #cumin #coriander #colantro & #bayleaf . What do you like to put these on? Leaving the onion raw, adds a nice texture to the finished dish as well.

This is what I was looking for at ⁦@vivachicken⁩ - #Peruvian #pepper #sauce ! Aji Amarillo (yellow) is their milder offering, rocoto red is the spicier one, both tamped down heat wise by dairy, but tasty. Huacatay (black #mint) was my favorite 🤩! Great ingredient! Bright
