Anyone know how I speak to an actual human from @OfficialPLT ? I just seem to be getting automated WhatsApp messages from them regarding my refund - which they don’t seem to be processing and it’s over £100!

The law in the uk states that you have 14 days to issue a refund once you have received items back ……. Beloved you are on day 15 ……… please I’m not the one go play with someone else I’m petty enough to report you find my money and send it back TODAY @OfficialPLT

@OfficialPLT can you please let me know when I will receive my refund. It’s been weeks now! Why should I have to wait this long for my money back for wrong items you sent me and second hand clothing! It’s beyond me. When I try to contact customer service all I get is this message

@OfficialPLT Still no refund for my order 725-0278145-2791859, pending since February (over 30 days). As per French Consumer Code (Art. L.216-3), refunds must be issued within 14 days. Please act promptly before I escalate this officially. @OfficialPLT

I returned items to @Debenhams and @OfficialPLT over 3 weeks ago and they haven't refunded me as yet. All I get is AI bot responses, lies and excuses. Both are owned by @boohoo who are in financial difficulties so are they about to go bankrupt leaving huge debts??

@OfficialPLT absolutely awful company for refunds. Items returned 17th march, state refund will be with no later than 27th and now you’re stating 6th April! Why are you withholding refunds?? Last time I purchase anything from you! #shitcompany
