Because you guys have clearly mentioned in your tickets that same luggage configuration is there in all the flights including the airindia one. And Airindia... bad customer care and poor management skills along with bad communication skills is the reason behind your downfall .
I need my 14k back . This isn't fair . I am a middle class student studying in rome solely on aid provided by my institute and "that 14k was my 1st month allowance". And KLM I request you to intervien and ORDER your counterpart to stop this loot.
Now after reaching vadodra I meet the rudest and the worst airindia stuff ever who didnt listen to me and didn't know Jack as in how single pnr tickets work . They forced me to pay 14kfor luggage because they didn't know that single pnr tickets have the same luggage configuration
Shame one you airindia @HardeepSPuri @airindiain @KLM I boarded an airindia flight from vadodra to Delhi and a KLMflight from delhi toRome. Both flightswere under the same pnr and hence my luggage configuration had to be the same(written on ticket and as perboth customercares)
You guys are looting students . I strongly oppose this reckless behavior and demand justice by refunding me my money . I have all receipts given by airindia regarding the fine and both KLM and AIRINDIA can verify that with me . #shameonyouairindia #justice #hardeepsinghpuri #KLM
