@SAS I have, twice, tried to book a return business class flight today. On both occasions an economy was booked for the first leg resulting in an increased price to amend I cancelled the first booking thinking it was a one off but it's happened again. I'm £400 worse off!

@SAS I was on a plane from copenhagan to newyork yesterday that arrived around 8 pm There was a flight attendant that was so gorgeous she was from asian descent had freckles on her face, i wanted to give her a note asking her out, couldnt find a pen😃 how can i reach her or its over

@SAS extremly dissapointed in your service. I have been trying to pay for my flight for 30 minutes. But the website keeps giving me errors (on multiple devices). And now the flight is 60 euro more expensive. Never booking again with you guys.

@SAS I'm planning a trip from Copenhagen to Honolulu in May and the only option is through LAX, with only 90 minute layover. Is that enough to pass through immigration (EU citizen with ESTA) and customs? If not, will I be rebooked free of charge?

@SAS I booked 2 tickets and paid extra to choose my seats. I then had to change my flight date and paid the change fee but was never reimbursed for my seat fees. In your terms and conditions it says I am entitled to my seat fees being refunded, however, did not receive it.

@SAS @SAS who can I contact personally about a personal security incident on your plane last week. I've been trying to reach out. Your online chat and website only directs me to an online claim form which offers monetary, airline points or vouchers as a form of compensation!
