@SAS when boarding flight #SK2692 to Copenhagen to US it would have been nice to know I had to carry a suitcase up steps to get to board. I recently had a knee replacement and this was hazardous to my health. I would have chosen another airline!

@SAS I opened a Support Ticket on 21 April, because I saw only error messages when i tried to update my contact telephone number. No response yet. Can SAS agents at CPH or ARN do this, if I show my ticket/boarding pass and passport?

@EvelinaHahne @SAS since Scandinavians cannot make anything or innovate on its own you should copy American company airline customer service. Maybe the low luggage loss like Delta would be a good start! Can’t Ai help you figure this out? SAS just ignores you and loses luggage A LOT :)
