My dividend income just passed $12,000 a year. Yes it is hard yes I had to make sacrifices but YES it’s absolutely worth it! It happens one share at a time. Next goal $20,000 annually
I’m about 50% to financial freedom. Living expenses: $40,000 yearly. Dividend income: $14,650 yearly. Rental cash flow: $6,000 yearly. Total cash flow: $20,650 yearly. More dividend income. More rental properties. Within the next 5 years.
Wealthy people use their time to create more wealth. Poor people use their time to give their money to the wealthy. Think about that.
$SCHD announces a dividend payout of $0.6545 a share. An increase from this time last year! Paying on 9/25 let’s go!
It’s amazing that in today’s society, a person can become very wealthy from their phone. What a time to be alive.
$MSFT just announced a beautiful 10% dividend raise. 14th consecutive year of dividend growth.
For every $1 that you earn, invest atleast $0.30 of it and make it grow. Repeat that process over and over.
I don’t care about being rich and famous. I just want total control of my time back.
It has taken me 6 years to build my dividend income to almost $15,000 a year. It didn’t happen overnight. I’ve made it this far because of my total dedication, consistency and focus. You can do it too.
Never stop trying to increase your income. It can only help you, not hurt you. The more income streams, the more money you have to make more money 💰
