@wizzair another awesome business strategy. Can't check in online or via app due to errors on their system. On phone get told you will need to go to airport and they will help. At airport, get charged £40 per passenger for offline check in for something I can't control! Scam.
@wizzair You smashed my suitcase. Contacted you at the airport you didn't give a damn just gave me an email address to which you never answered. Made a complaint online with pictures of damage on the bagged claim belt and now you want me to take it to be assessed. Dreadful service. Fu
