The majority of the time oil markets are in Contango & that crushes products like USO. Most commodity etfs get chewed up on costs because of this. However, when markets are in Backwardation that's when they can do well & prices can rip. Watch for "Evil Speculator" headlines.

Avoiding distribution on the first 1-3 days after FTD is statistically important, but not always critical as we saw in April 2020. With that said the biggest pressure lately on equities, bond market yields, is closed on Monday. That should help the cause. $QQQ

Added to RIVN 24.70 and sold the Oct 11th 25.50 calls for .94 Covered this week's 25 calls on the pilot this morning at .49 and sold the 10/11/23 25 calls for .77.

Weekly closing range screen RIVN shows up. Ipo double bottom with gap up handle for the monthly RIVN. Double inside months on the gap up. Shakeout plus from 19.25 lines up with some fib work holding the lows in the handle. Larger timeframes w/ patterns & gaps warrant attention.
