People are losing interest in 9-6 jobs. Many IT jobs demand 1-2 hours commute, late calls. The jobs demand continuous delivery, innovation, Even after working for 20-25 years, people are hardly savings for a house & retirement. Raising kids is challenging. Govt is nowhere.
