When you end up going to the doctors every time you're in the Ofsted window, you know something needs to change. We have a duty of care to colleagues to speak up. This is one of few things we could improve, quickly/cheaply. Time to safeguard each other & future of our profession.

Babies need love not education! Mothers or primary caregivers provide 3 important functions: They help regulate babies emotions (babies can’t do this themselves), they buffer infants from stress, they provide empathy guiding babies &toddlers how to see the world & how to react.
