I don’t think people take the space inside their heads seriously enough. The mind is a very sacred place, it’s where beliefs grow. And beliefs are powerful. Every cell in your body eavesdrops on your thoughts, your beliefs are the starting point of what you do and who you become.

We did something similar the summer of 2020. Y’all called us savages and kettled us. Kyle Rittenhouse, a minor, was driven across state lines by his mother with an illegally owned firearm, killed 2 protestors, ran to the police for protection, got off, and is touring now.

If you have eczema or sensitive skin, you need to be really careful with exfoliating products in your body routine. I’m talking about glycolic acid body washes, retinol lotions, exfoliating gloves, etc. Best chemical exfoliant for you (if any) would be lactic acid
