@AmericanAir having a hard time finding anyone to help. had a 9 hour flight originating at ORD and ending at ORD. 40% through the flight, pilot had to turn around, come back home because of instrument issue. how do I get compensated for this AA issue? AA160 from 10/14/24. thanks

Man @AmericanAir was good before the @CrowdStrike debacle now the system just timing out and then tries to rebook for double the cost. @united ending up being my go to lately.

@AmericanAir is officially the worst to fly with ever with a child, dating to the 80s when I was a kid they always had small children board first but today at Sky Harbor that is not the case and the staff is super rude when I asked about it… @Delta I’m sorry I didn’t fly w you

@AmericanAir officially takes the crown as the worst airline to fly. Sat on a plane for 4 hours with no beverage service on my way to Dallas yesterday. Now can’t hop on an earlier flight home due to my “status” and their new policy even though there is open seats on the flight…

@AmericanAir That correspondence was related to specifics around a canceled flight. Still seeking an answer why AA has a stated policy that isn't enforced and, as a result, fails to honor its commitment around being "dedicated to providing a positive travel experience for all customers".

@casinoinspace @healthychangez That’s true for Space only. And Ariane 5 was ahead of it’s time. Airbus completely dominates American air industry, and European military industry is on part for a percent of the same budget. SpaceX is a special case plus it is flooded of cash compared to European counterparts.

@AmericanAir- Y'all should be ashamed of yourselves. I was impacted by BOTH Helene & Milton - leaving me without power, internet, cell service until 10/14. Tried to rebook my air tickets today and was told your exception policy expired 10/12. How was I suppose to rebook by 10/12?
