Death to converts? Seems like it. 2H 2025-2026 will see a notable increase in Bitcoin-backed fixed income instruments issued by BTCTCs beyond convertible bonds. I think it's likely that $MSTR preferreds - $STRF, $STRC, $STRK, $STRD - achieve credit ratings by YE 2026.
