@BlondiieMama @Hertz That’s horrific. It’s not all of them, but plenty of them do this. I had a similar horrific experience with Minster Self Drive who ripped me off for £400. Please take it further and don’t pay or fight for a refund.

@BlondiieMama @Hertz Enterprise are better with dents. İf small they don't charge. Also I cried once and wasnt charged - was a scratch that I think I'd missed when picking up. Annual hire car excess insurance is also pretty cheap and worth it if hiring.

@Hertz Why doesn’t anyone answer your phones. I have a reservation with you. My flight lands at 11:10pm and you close at 11:00 pm. Your website and app are not working and there is no answer when I call.

@Hertz still dropping the ball. Pretty sure someone just impersonated Hertz and tried to scam us out of our CC number.

@Hertz @HertzRentalCar_ why don’t employees answer the phone? There’s no prompt for “my Tesla rental won’t charge”! Roadside assistance answers,but even they can’t get hold of an employee. Stranded halfway between airports needing a tow. Going on 8 hours of being ignored! …

@Hertz I've been incorrectly charged for refuelling. Your US phoneline directs me to a webpage that is down. Do you have a customer support phone number where I can talk to a human or an email address?

Well @Hertz, you've lost a loyal customer today. After dealing with agents that don't care and being threatened by your claims center with collection, I've paid for the damage that didn't occur during my rental. I hope that payment was worth it to you, everyone i know will hear!

@Hertz the process of retrieving items from a returned rental is ridiculous! It has been over a month and no one has returned a call or anything! And the run around customer service gives is unmatched! This is the worst experience I have ever had with any company!!!!
