@LGUS LG saying we will send you a prompt replacement for the POS washing machine that’s needed FIVE drain pumps then backs out on the promise. NEVER EVER trust this planned obsolescence company. They have known this machine eats drain pumps but don’t care. Buy a @SpeedQueenHome

@russell_perham @LGUS Send it back or just don’t accept it. They make garbage planned obsolescence appliances. They are in a federal lawsuit over their compressors in fridges dying. My washing machine has needed FIVE drain pumps. FIVE. Get a @SpeedQueenHome washer instead.

Buyer beware! Do not buy @LGE_Global @LGUS products. Their customer service is completely run by bots. I have been trying for five days to talk to a human being about a defective range I purchased.

Last night after 15 years our @LGUS surround sound quiet. Power, but no signal the tv is just as old, still going strong, challenge is finding a new compatible one. So weird listening through just tv speakers. #love #LG
