I should add that similarly to a co like $DAVE, I really like that $ROOT is focused on one insurance market. Will be easier to perfect scalability of model and always be one step ahead.

At $200 per share $GOOG is still cheaper than the market average and expected to grow earnings faster than the market average. Not a bad investment thesis for basically the richest company in the world.

I am thinking of starting a position in $ROOT given the selloff.. Why do investors choose $LMND over this? Genuinely looking to learn here - is their tech stack worth ~5x? $ROOT has already achieved profitability too.
