It's fascinating how bad @tapairportugal is. My flight was cancelled while sitting on board at 1am, no hotel was offered, 15 hours delayed, bag did not arrive for 2 days, and now I haven't heard anything for weeks regarding my complaint and the money you own me. Just wow! Avoid!
